Amazing culture, growth mind set, minimal turn over in upper management, independence to run the business like it is your own

Cons

Opportunity for promotion can become capped. Salary could be increased for the work load. Sometimes you feel like you are always on the clock.

As you mentioned with a low turnover rate at the corporate level it does reduce internal growth at certain levels, however, our continued growth as an organization means that we are constantly creating new positions to keep up with our growth. My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
