      Interns get a lot of responsibility so there are many learning opportunities. You get to spend your day around people who love football and often see players. A lot of people that work there are really great.

      Cons

      Environment is full of fear. Everyone is afraid to anger the owner (not hard). Pay is low and there is not a lot of opportunity for growth so people leave often.

      Worked in the sales department for almost 4 years. Fun culture, fantastic leadership, solid compensation if you work hard. Very clear path to growing your career.

      seeing the games for free

      Cons

      upper management is terrible. Everyone wants to get to the top and will pull you down in the process. The title goes to everyone heads there, no one is humble at all
