Pros

No accountability, I get to do about whatever I want to do. Very flexible because nobody cares. Pay is higher than state equivalent positions.

Cons

No accountability so no pride in work. Poor benefits which keep getting reduced. HR is spiteful and doesn't adhere to their own policies. They don't budget for raises. The CEO and CFO especially seem to have no idea what's going or what they're doing. Many people hired or promoted to positions with no experience.
