Pros

They pay you before you even start. You will succeed if you convince elders they need supplemental insurance or if you get them to increase their coverage.

Cons

Traveling expenses are out of pocket. People here are territorial about their business. They do not want to see you grow so far as long as you don't steal their clients, which are limited. Very inappropriate with women. You are on your own when you go to peoples' homes when visiting/ appointments.
