Pros

Great training. Many opportunities for RA and TAs. Living expenses in Pullman, WA is very cheap that we can actually save money with graduate student's stipend.

Cons

It's a small town. The closest major city is Spokane, about an hour drive. Depending on who is going to be your mentor, whether he or she has funding, you may need to do TA for the entire time in graduate school, which will take up a lot of time and definitely slows you down for graduation. However, if you want to get teaching job in the future, this could be a real plus.

Pros

(Einsteins/The Market): Scheduling works around your classes, makes it very convenient! Coworkers are other students and very chill.

Cons

(Einsteins/The Market): Required to work weekends/during football games/open or close. Fast paced work can get busy sometimes.
