Pros

Depending on the program, the University is often quite good at supporting work/life balance for grad students. Teaching assistants in my program were treated very well.

Cons

Not everyone likes Pullman. Grade inflation for undergraduate students (not supported by TAs) is often an issue.

Pros

(Einsteins/The Market): Scheduling works around your classes, makes it very convenient! Coworkers are other students and very chill.

Cons

(Einsteins/The Market): Required to work weekends/during football games/open or close. Fast paced work can get busy sometimes.
