Almost earned pension - Senior Applications Specialist Washington State University Employee Review

Occasional overtime. Terrible health insurance, not a lot of time off. Pay is about half of what the industry standard is with 0% for improvement. There is no room for growth, senior is the highest position available at the university unless you are friends with the president of the university. Also when working on the pullman campus you have to buy your own parking pass, and its not cheap. Super weird.
