      My immediate teammates within the department are amazing, full of integrity and passion for the students.

      Cons

      Leadership who have been around less than 5 years are astonishingly out of touch with how to run a successful entity, don't engage with their employees, make leadership decisions with a major lack of insight, have zero communication, and treat loyal employees like chess pieces.

      (Einsteins/The Market): Scheduling works around your classes, makes it very convenient! Coworkers are other students and very chill.

      Cons

      (Einsteins/The Market): Required to work weekends/during football games/open or close. Fast paced work can get busy sometimes.
