Pros
There is always something new going on. I like the variety in my day. I am a customer service rep, and I never get bored. I use to work in a call center and every day was the same and so many employees I was one of a big crowd. This is so different I am in a local office and everyone is so friendly. I love the fast pace and I get to think on my toes. I have also learned so much about the garbage business and it is so interesting. I never knew there were so many different types of jobs in the garbage business, Thinking I may try for a dispatch position next year.
Cons
Con is also a plus but a lot of variety in request and service questions so I have to ask for help sometimes. My co workers and boss are nice about teaching me and don't make me feel silly for asking questions. That is a lot more positive than where I use to work,
