      Everybody get along pretty well supervisors and mechanics and drivers people are always willing to give you a hand and help you

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
