      Salary is good for 40 hours but then it’s chine overtime .

      Over worked , 6 days a week , Chinese over time , raggedy trucks , bad management

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
