      It was a great experience working with my supervisor who was terrific and very professional. Busy environment, never a dull moment, days went fast.

      Cons

      Limited resources made it tough sometimes to make good sound decisions to move company forward.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
