      Pros

      If you really love being at work this is the job for you! Hours are before sun up til after sunset. Truck fires, lost breaks, damaged cables, defective tires. They’ve got it ALL! Come on down and apply today, they’re always hiring!

      Cons

      Unfortunately you’re usually on your own with little to no help completeing routes and your truck is always down so you’re always behind.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
