      Plenty of opportunities to get your cdl or learning to be a diesel tech Really good pay with more freedom than other companies

      Cons

      Management has no communication skills with each other some don’t even know each other’s name so things are crazy unorganized

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
