Pros
The best part of working for this company is the fact that it is stable, and they have great insurance. The pay is not the greatest, but they have a lot of employees who have been there for several years. This shows that there are other things that factor into the decision of the workplace. They have a good match on their 401k and great health insurance.
Cons
It would be a better company to work for if they paid better. But as I said, they do offer benefits that have to be considered.
