      Honestly there were no pros but a paycheck

      Cons

      Worked over 14 hours some days with no 10 hour off time in between shift. Pay is not enough. Routes were too long for recycle.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
