      Great office staff at hauling division!

      Cons

      No training or leadership at region level. They manage by cameras. No communication between region manager and local division managers. Good old boy club atmosphere! policies only apply to certain people.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
