Pros
Easy enough money if you don't mind working in the elements. You can start at 16-18 if you're going to be a helper. Drivers need a Class B CDL. Easy overtime hours. Great benefits.
Cons
No additional weather gear is provided beyond a company uniform. Vehicle Maintenance Dept needs improvement. A lot of patch jobs to keep the units up and running but they do do their best with what they have.
