      Get own pick up truck and can take it home. Drivers and helpers are awesome people

      Cons

      No room for advancement, minimal pay increases, lack of supplies, required to work many hours. Rules and responsibilities change often with little to no notice or explanation

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
