Flexible schedule, Managment at my location were not micro managers. Company provides benefits. Overall pleasent work atmosphere company allowed you to join organizations that would help promote business development.
Cons
The company doesnt use a CRM. Much of the work you do isnt trackable and the leads are not fairly dispresed.
