      competitive pay,and standard benefit package with health benefits and 401k if you wish to participate

      Cons

      long hours, working for a disposal company has it's dis-advtanges when it comes to holiday yes you get them off but you have to work on a Saturday to make up for it

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
