Pros
Excellent GM, office administrator and coworkers in the field. Technical support provided when needed at all times of day, and tools required for work available from company. Pay is good but hard earned. If you are eager and committed to learn and grow your skills in the plumbing + electrical field, this is a great place to do so.
Cons
Extremely physical work that may be underplayed during interview and job posting. Depending on what they are okay with, might not a long term job for anyone around 50 years old unless they are in excellent health with no back, knee, or mobility issues. Lots of mosquitos at job sites so keep up on bug spray, 100% of work in unairconditioned small structures, or outside, (sometimes with no cover from sun or rain). All of the above are not necessarily cons but be aware. Will occasionally deal with raw sewage, and jobs in underground vaults + small structures with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees (not cons if you are expecting and okay with that). Very small company that owner is heavily involved in, sometimes is a good thing but be very careful as to what what you say and do as interpretations of your words and or actions can greatly upset owner, causing behavior that could be considered as unprofessional.
