-Very corporate, resulting in large disconnect between management and employees. -Over-whelmed kitchen and long ticket times leads to unhappy guests. -Inventory and supplies always seem to be low, adding stress and extra work for employees to find items that are needed to serve customers. -A lot of work for the monetary compensation.
