Pros
Good perks/benefits for the most part. Since the company is growing very rapidly, some of the jobs are new and you basically have to invent them yourself and figure out what you need to do. That could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for. Most of the people working there are genuinely kind and good people.
Cons
It's an oil and gas company, so there's a specific political climate. That could be a pro for some and a con for others. It's also predominantly male, and while they're not overtly misogynistic, there are some behaviors and stereotypes in the way women are treated that some may not appreciate. Nobody is treated badly, just very obviously differently. HR is not very upfront or knowledgeable about maternity leave. Many people try hard to buy into "corporate" and "hustle" culture, which some may find annoying.
