The cons outweighs the pros that it’s not worth it.
Cons
No career path and with zero interest to employee development. Toxic culture with too many micromanagement thereby restricting creativity. Too many meetings on change without any implementation/ action. Current management really doesn’t know what they’re doing with lack of empathy and no emotional intelligence especially coming. Your potential is crushed due to a very psychologically unsafe environment. They claim work-life balance but put pressure on employees. Benefits in this century sucks. How can you give 2 weeks for paternity leave and call it family bonding leave smh. Again avoid at all cost
