Pros

Waterton promotes "individuality" within its company. Meaning you can come as you are and I really love being able to be myself. They promote having fun within the workplace and have a great work-life balance. I enjoy working under my Regional Cathy Lucas, who is one of the nicest people you will meet. She takes time to understand all sides and aspects of each property and the challenges that may arise.

Cons

Depending on what property and manager you work with, of course, it has its challenges, as any job will have. My advice is to stick to SOP with everything you do, keep your head down, and do your job to the best of your abilities. Most important, have fun.
