Friendly co-workers. Corp Office training department helpful and understanding.
Cons
Poor direction from upper management. IT department so so and did not seem to be educated. Regional / District management indifferent and not helpful with issues that arise or assisting with understanding reports, data submission. In short supervisor could not explain the how, when or why causing high stress level.
