Pros
I have a decent work life balance. I've rarely worked more than 50 hours in one week. Most of the time 40. Pay is nice but not wonderful. 4 weeks off to start and grows over time. There's a lot of opportunity for growth, but you have to kind of get there on your own. I do think that they actually care more about their employees than most companies, and they will be flexible with your needs.
Cons
I'm one of/maybe the only female analyst. Definitely the only female analyst in my silo. That can be... frustrating. I do feel like I get passed over or forgotten about. I feel like at times there have been some microaggressions toward me and some very subtle sexism. At the very least I have been vastly underestimated, over and over again. It's never intetional, the company tries very hard to have an even balance of male to female and create diversity across the upper management but forget about the bottom. Upper management is always so wildly busy its difficult to get real mentorship and advance as quickly as you might want to. Some people there make life unnecessarily difficult, at least in my department.
