Pros

Discounts at other hotels. The people who suffer with you in the horrible environment. Some of the hotels seem better than others

Cons

Dysfunctional upper management. Favoritism. Unrealistic expectations. No work life balance when salaried. Terrible benefits including paid time off. If you are not a suck up and don't sacrifice your entire life, you will be admonished and dismissed.

-Horrible neighborhood - Slap a bandaid on things without fixing it - No help from manager - Expect you to figure out - All problems , no help from manager - Turn over Rate is crazy
