Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with Waterton. We are glad you were pleased with our compensation structure, we work hard to ensure our associates are paid competitively within the market. Unfortunately, it can be tough working weekends and holidays but we are in the business of serving our residents and guests which is 24/7. The positive side is you get days off during the week when everyone else is at work so running errands and going places is always less crowded - or at least that was always the positive side for me. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you will consider Waterton for future employment.

-Horrible neighborhood - Slap a bandaid on things without fixing it - No help from manager - Expect you to figure out - All problems , no help from manager - Turn over Rate is crazy
