      Vision 2023 is a great strategy, it's well communicated & it's working Company growth and opportunities for growth are good Lean culture is evident throughout Employee appreciation activities, free gifts, annual bonus are a plus

      Salaries are not as competitive as they probably could/should be Constant shuffle of leaders
