      Pros

      People at all levels encouraged to speak up and contribute for the benefit of all. Watlow has the smartest, friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      Watlow does not offer competitive pay. There are a lot of "boomerang" employees that left dues to pay then came back for a higher rate.
