We are sorry to hear that you felt everyone was always on edge and that the workplace had a lot of pressure. Our decision to furlough some of our team members was based primarily on market conditions and business needs. It is our desire to be as fair as possible, which is why we are extending COBRA coverage, at Watlow’s expense, for all affected team members during this time. Please know that we always strive to make decisions that benefit the company and our employees as a whole. We also hear your concerns about the contractors, and understand that it can be frustrating when it seems like some people aren't pulling their weight. We will definitely take a closer look at the situation you've highlighted. We appreciate your advice regarding management.
