      The staff are all great, and everybody is prepared to chip in an help each other out. The company has a good structure.

      Cons

      Part of a larger corporate so can be limiting. A lot of to and fro between departments/global entities can be frustrating.

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
