      Pros

      Great people, and atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Little to no surpervision, but if needed someone was always available to help.

      Cons

      The only con was my drive to work. It was too long, and traffic was horrible...so nothing wrong with the company, it was the commute.

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Cons

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
