      Pros

      401k is awesome; starting pay is fair; great training for cell operators; constant change and never bored; new management is working really hard to make changes; NH plant looking good! internal job interview process is so much better; lots of good recent hires; got rid of some problem management (way overdue)

      Cons

      Being part of a global company, that means many times the plants have to follow what "Corporate" says. Long time employees do nothing but complain; they can't let go of the way it "used to be" (THINGS CHANGE!); I've never worked with a bigger group of complainers on a production floor "poor me! poor me!" first shift supervisors BOLT out the door after first shift (w/the exception of one or two) and they are salaried. Benefits are WAY too expensive

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
