Being part of a global company, that means many times the plants have to follow what "Corporate" says. Long time employees do nothing but complain; they can't let go of the way it "used to be" (THINGS CHANGE!); I've never worked with a bigger group of complainers on a production floor "poor me! poor me!" first shift supervisors BOLT out the door after first shift (w/the exception of one or two) and they are salaried. Benefits are WAY too expensive
