      Pros

      Fairly stable work enviroment, though lots of pressure to reduce cost and inventory. Decent benifits, higher than average insurance costs. Friendly atmospher.

      Cons

      A heavily regulated product line makes changes difficult. Seems to be a revolving door at the top with changing demands and directions to the plant level for reporting.

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
