Pros

Leadership starts at the top and Watts CEO Bob Pagano has created a tremendous team in his 5+ years as CEO. His collaborative style is motivating and trickles down to most managers. There are no stuffy suits at Watts. Everyone has an open door policy and feedback is encouraged and welcomed. Finally, it's an exciting time to be here - the company is basically transforming itself into a tech company by connecting all of its products to the web. If you are interested in IoT and want to make a big splash this is a good place to start.

Cons

No different than any other company. Yes, some workers / leaders are stronger than others. The lack of "red tape" can be daunting at times, so the freedom to build it on your own can be scary and exciting.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
