Pros

Industry leader with an admirable mission and strong record of performance. Atypical family feel for a company of its size. Great mix of legacy employees and new talent drives diversity of thought and ultimately, leads to better solutions for our customers. Whether you are collaborating with colleagues in the next cube or a faraway country, people actually care about each other here. It’s just part of what makes working at Watts special. While every role is unique, opportunities to create, build and make a difference are rampant. This is a place where you can really make your mark. How many companies do you know that are still going strong after almost 150 years?

Cons

Still some lingering siloes, but few and far between.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
