Pros

Benefits are decent but, for sure not worth the office stress and talk behind people's back here. It is honestly a terrible place to work!

Cons

Terrible place to work here in Beaverton, Oregon! They have fired 3 people in the last 6 months in an office of only 12 to 13 people. Manager's pretend to respect you but, behind your back, they will get rid of you and do not respect you at all. They honestly do not know what they are doing at all at this location. You are warmed if you start there. Lot's of gossip since it is a remote small office of Watt's Water actually named Syncta.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
