5yThank you for your review. At Watts, our first priority is to the health and safety of our employees as our most important resource. Unfortunately, like most businesses during the pandemic, we have had to make some very difficult choices to address the economic downturn while preserving the greater good of all the people in the business. In making those choices we have always treated all of our employees with respect and dignity and strive to take into consideration their interests. We have followed this practice in comprehensively addressing employee concerns and needs in (1) asking less than half of our headquarters employees to return to work in the office every other week on a rotating basis, (2) appropriately accommodating continued work from home as individual employee needs require, and (3) providing a safe in-office setting by following all recommended safety protocols.
