Pros

They provided a lot of support and invested in training their employees. They also encouraged employees to donate time to local charities.

Cons

They were often times short staffed and expected a lot of time from their exempt employees.

Thank you for your review! Giving back to the community is important to all of us at Watts. As responsible corporate citizens, we aim to bring positive change to the communities where we live and work, so thank you for recognizing this. Unfortunately, like most businesses during the pandemic, we had to make some very difficult choices to address the economic downturn, while preserving the greater good of all the people in the business. In making those choices, we have always treated all of our employees with respect and dignity. Take care, and best of luck for the future!

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
