Thank you for your review. Watts takes the concerns of its employees seriously and has been working actively to support its employees in light of the strong demand for our products. In order to meet that demand, Watts has been required to flex labor and hours. However, in recognition of our employees’ efforts, we have increased wages out of cycle for all employees and have shifted to a voluntary overtime program, rather than a mandatory one. In addition, Watts has implemented new measures to increase its labor capacity despite numerous challenges in hiring new employees. We are very thankful for our employees and their efforts during this challenging time and will continue to work hard to address employee concerns while meeting the needs of our customers.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
