      Pros

      Pretty flexible with remote work. 2 days in office 3 days at home. Great benefits package for dental, eye, medical, insurance policies', RRSPs contributions, and other areas in training, learning, webinars, and employee perks.

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be on the lower side. Vacation growth is slow and was hard to negotiate to the time had in previous job.

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
