      i met some very nice people there that work the machines or fix them

      Cons

      mandatory six day work week working 55 hours a week with just a half hour for lunch and thats it no other breaks unless your in management place is dirty and they have asbestos every where. get metal shaving in your eye or feet hands. upper management does not care about its employees just the bottom line

      Paycheck, m-f, work alone, benefits day 1

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
