      Pros

      Top leadership constantly works to keep everyone engaged and to maintain a positive atmosphere. Benefits are excellent, and work life balance is not just a buzzword.

      Cons

      Leadership is in a constant state of flux. One leadership group comes in and wants to buildup a plant. Plans get drawn up and then leadership gets replaced and the plans go out the window.

      Very poor hiring practices make you go through a screen with the recruiter a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager they present it as your going to get the role go over benefits , culture only to decline you then send a generic bunch of emails back. Complete waste of candidates time not to mention they’re super slow to respond. I dodged a bullet. At first I was upset now I’m actually happy poorly ran hr dept all the way to the hiring manager. Candidates beware!! Very disorganized!!! Rejection is a blessing here!!
