Pros

Solid company, rich in history with many devoted employees. Various health plans to choose from. The new HR team really cares about the employees and about making a difference.

Cons

Turnover in Franklin was very high but their HR team has vastly improved over the past six to eight months. Some micromanagement and gossip but that is normal for any company. Corporate acts like we are "One Watts" but you don't see many from Corporate visiting Franklin very often.

Pros

The only pros that I can say about Watts Water is that they are growing and continuously acquire new brands. I would say the PTO also isn’t as bad either comparable to other companies.

Cons

There’s no type of support or process documentation in place which is baffling since this company has been around for over a century. You have to jump through hoops and red tape in order to simplify or automate tasks. Also, management always wants control over things which can get frustrating. They don’t allow you to give ideas at all. They’ll state that they “hear you” but they don’t at all. Their systems are not the best whatsoever. Health insurance premiums are awful. They only offer HSA or PPO and the PPO is ridiculously expensive. I also feel like there’s zero culture. I was there for 12+ months and I barely knew management or coworkers on a personal level. Some departments are super siloed so it’s difficult to have conversations with people and get to know one another.
