Wave is intentional in cultivating a healthy work life balance, indicative in our open time off policy. In addition, in 2020, we have been proactive in increasing employee engagement to boost morale. We hold ourselves to a high standard, yet we are truly sorry we did not meet your expectations.

Dont work here. actively not hiring for posted job listings

Cons

This company is clearly not hiring for this role or other coop program listings. I've been searching for a coop and this role was one of the first I applied for. This listing has been re posted several times of the past 4 months with no one ever being hired. This company should be avoided. If they have job listings they are not actually hiring for what does that tell you about how they will treat you if you actually worked there
