Loves working here! Been with the marketing team for almost two years, very collaborative teammates, upbeat vibes and everyone always strives to deliver the best result. Management team are very open-minded and supportive, whenever team has great ideas for marketing they are always willing to support & invest to test it out. I’ve learned & grew so much more for the past two years with the company, so grateful & lucky to be part of the WAVE family!

Cons

It is a very stressful job so make sure you are up to the challenge!

Pros

Wave represents what I wish to see within the healthcare system. After working there, I noticed that there is excellent cross team communication and dynamic. Many of the individuals I have interacted with have been working with Wave for so many years, which I felt was a clear sign of a good employer and employee environment. Everyone there constantly uplifts each other and it is overall a friendly environment. Management is very clear about feedback and opportunities to grow, which is something I appreciated as someone who values self-growth and career progression.

Cons

Stop using MyMedLeads since it resulted in inaccurate data.
