      I’ve been working at WAVE marketing team since 2018 and it’s hands down one of my most rewarding experiences at workplace! It’s a growing and dynamic practice, with a lot of skilled, professional coworkers that I’ve learned a great deal from. If you like to stay busy, WAVE is absolutely the place to be: there are always new projects to work on, new campaigns to launch, and the management team is always very open-minded to new ideas and concepts.

      Pros

      Wave represents what I wish to see within the healthcare system. After working there, I noticed that there is excellent cross team communication and dynamic. Many of the individuals I have interacted with have been working with Wave for so many years, which I felt was a clear sign of a good employer and employee environment. Everyone there constantly uplifts each other and it is overall a friendly environment. Management is very clear about feedback and opportunities to grow, which is something I appreciated as someone who values self-growth and career progression.
